A vital part of a Christian leader’s journey toward being a life-giver is forward motion, leading to a full understanding of God’s heart concerning the issue of human life, and learning how to share His heart with other believers.

02 – Biblical Worldview

Everyone has a worldview: a set of beliefs and values from which we view reality and make sense of the world. It is the basis for our decisions in life, and our decisions about life. In this session you’ll learn the importance of basing your worldview on the truths of the Bible.

03 – Sacredness of Human Life

Humans are unique among all creation because we — male and female — are made in the image of God. All human life is of equal worth and immeasurable value from conception to natural death, because we are made in the image of God.

04 – Becoming A Life-Giver

Jesus Christ came to bring abundant life to the world, and it is His example that we, as His disciples, are to follow. Being a life-giver is a lifestyle, an habitual way that naturally live from day to day.

05 – Spiritual Foundations of Ministry

In this session you’ll learn that if you hope to have any real, lasting impact in your life-giving ministry, that you first need to establish an intimacy with the Lord.

06 – God’s Design for Marriage and Family

The Bible teaches us about God’s intentions for sex, and in this session you’ll discover that biblical sexuality is men and women enjoying sex as the good gift God created and intended it to be within marriage.

08 – Human Reproduction

The creation of a human life in a woman’s womb is an incredible biological process. In this session you’ll learn that a new, unique, fully human life begins at the moment of conception, when the male sperm fertilizes the female egg.

The ripple effects of abortion are far-reaching and affect not only the child, but the parents, the immediate and extended family of the aborted child, the church, the community, and more… even if they are not aware that an abortion has occurred. These effects can be monumental and devastating. But, God loves you.

11 – Repentance, Forgiveness, & Healing

Everyone has sinned, and the greatest need of every man and woman ever born is forgiveness. The work of Christ on the Cross has made forgiveness and healing possible… that is the good news of the gospel!

12 – Next Steps

We must seek God’s heart to discern His plans and direction for our lives. The aim of this course is to help you know the Father’s heart for life and for your life and ministry to be transformed as a result.

JOL Closing Session

In this session, Kurt Dillinger, the founder and president of LIFE International wraps up what you have been learning in this course and encourages you to put it to use for the Kingdom of God.

The Journey of a Life-Giver (JOL) is our core training curriculum to equip leaders to truly know the Father’s heart for human life and the good news of the gospel.
