They help you know if you are on a day when pregnancy is likely or on a day when pregnancy is very unlikely. CycleBeads are a simple tool that clearly shows where you are in your cycle. They tell you whether or not you are likely to get pregnant that day.
The CycleBeads method is simple and easy enough for anyone to learn, but some instruction will be necessary for effective use. Two versions of the instructional insert are available for most languages: a high-literacy version and a low-literacy version. Select whichever version is appropriate for your audience.
